2007

Fausto Iannuzzi founds Nabra LTD, a company that focuses on digital/social projects, with particular attention to social customer care.

2012

Nabra starts to develop Deskero: the first totally European cloud-based customer care software.

2013

Deskero goes live, soft launching after a six month period of extensive testing.

2014

In June Nabra was selected for an EU case study as one of the most innovative companies in Europe

2015

Deskero has considerably grown and can now boast hundreds of clients in 30 different countries.

2018

A brand new version of the software goes live, with a newly designed AI as well as several feature improvements.

Our Mission

We believe that modern customer care can’t be achieved by simply answering requests. Real communication can’t be passive: you have to reach out, engage with people, get in touch with them.

We believe that customers won’t be content with a “nice” service: they want a great experience. They want to be able to share what they love about your brand, and you want them to become real influencers, capable of amplifying your ideas and products all over the web.

Fausto Iannuzzi

Founder & CEO

Fausto started coding when he was around 6 years old, and never stopped. For over a decade he worked as a freelancer, helping out small and big clients. He then decided he could create a better way to offer truly great customer care: through a new, streamlined software. Deskero was born as a dream project, and required a great deal of planning, dedication and effort to grow into a fully functional software: it was a giant leap, made of small steps.

Ebe Buzzi

Brand strategist

Ebe has been writing for most of her life: it’s both her job, her hobby and her longest ever relationship. It’s also her main tool of thinking. Through her writing she was able to help branding agencies and independent companies to better define their brand and marketing strategies. With Deskero her task was even more difficult: she had to build the brand from scratch, and taught the software how to speak to customers from all around the world.

Michele Matto

Head of developing

Mike coded a lot of Deskero: from front-end to back-end, and also handled certain aspects of its design and user interface. He had all the skills and the experience for this huge task: he’s been designing and developing web software since the very beginning. His great technical fluency is matched only by his even greater enthusiasm: Deskero was a labor of love, skill and dedication.

Nicolò Canal

Sales & Marketing

Nicolò is a digital marketing professional, with an entrepreneurial background in content management and online advertising. He’s always busy with many aspects of Deskero’s marketing & sales, ranging from social media marketing to sales/CRM, but he still manages to be a music fanatic, serial traveller and also a crossfitter (well, kind of).
